At Rock ‘n’ Run, every step comes alive with pumping beats and live music acts across different genres. Dance, sing, and groove your way through the 2.5km or 5km Fun Run – it’s fitness with a festival vibe!

With events held in various stunning locations across New South Wales, the Rock n Run series features multiple distances to suit all levels so there’s something for everyone, whether you’re chasing a PB or just in it for the fun.
THE ROCK
Get ready for a run with vibes like no other! Whichever distance you tackle, live acts will bring the energy throughout the course. Because nothing says motivation like a great beat! Bring the family and race, get dressed up! There’s no cap on Rock N Run Fun!
As the runners trickle in, their faces flushed with a mix of exhaustion and triumph, the DJ and band sets the tone for the celebration. The stage is adorned with vibrant lights, and the speakers amplify the electrifying tunes that resonate through the air. The music, carefully curated to uplift spirits and maintain a high energy level, serves as a collective heartbeat for the crowd.
Elite Energy will be pin-free by 2026. We are KEEN to be GREEN, so what does this mean?
You will have the opportunity to purchase a set of BIBSNAPS as part of your entry process (or directly online)
OR You can buy a set of BibSnaps at the event (and you can use these over and over and over)
OR You will NEED to bring your pins (not that we encourage this, as we ALL want to be to be GREEN.
